My mission is simple: I want to transform your English communication into your professional superpower.

My name is Tannia Suárez, and as a Communication Coach, I am passionate about empowering ambitious non-native speakers to thrive in top-tier professional global environments. 

As a Mexican-American who grew up bridging two languages and cultures, I’ve always been fascinated by the power of communication and the profound role it plays in shaping our confidence and identity. 

From a young age, immersed in both Spanish and English, I witnessed firsthand how language and accent can influence one’s presence and self-perception.

Being first-generation American, I was always self-conscious about being judged negatively for being “different.” 

However, over the years, my confidence grew the more I learned to embrace my “differences” and use my experience as my superpower. 

I pursued this passion in my academic journey, earning a BA in Communication where I focused on linguistics, rhetoric and intercultural communication. 

Later, I also earned a Master of Arts in Teaching, specializing language acquisition with a focus on teaching English as a Second Language

Now, with nearly 20 years of experience coaching non-native speakers, I apply my academic, professional and personal background to develop training methods that address the unique challenges that come with mastering leadership communication in another language. 

I know that together, we can transform your accent insecurity, pronunciation doubts, and fluency frustration into assets that allow you to speak with confidence and lead with authenticity.
